Cancellation Policy: A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations. Trips canceled within 24 hours of the event cannot be refunded due to limited capacity. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled or refunded.

Do I need prior snorkeling or paddleboarding experience?

No prior experience is necessary. Our instructor will provide training on paddleboarding and snorkeling basics before heading out to the reef.

What should I bring?

We recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and a towel. Snacks and drinks are optional but not provided. All equipment (paddleboard, snorkel gear, life jacket) will be supplied.

What happens if the weather is bad?

In the case of rough weather or sea conditions, the tour may be rescheduled, or you may choose to receive a full refund. Our team will inform you in advance if the conditions are unsuitable for the tour.

Wear Appropriate Clothing: We recommend wearing swimwear, as you’ll be getting in and out of the water, along with water shoes or sandals for comfort.

Arrive Early: Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour to allow time for gear setup and instruction.

Physical Requirements: Participants must be comfortable in the water and capable of paddling a short distance on the paddleboard. A basic level of fitness is required.

Hydration & Sun Protection: Florida’s sun can be intense, so be sure to bring sunscreen and stay hydrated by bringing your own water bottle.
